" Have Chase confirmed that all these in & out transfers to make the £1500 trigger will not be considered abuse?1

I've been transferring £500 to my Chase account every month to qualify for cashback. I then transfer £400 to the Chase Savings account and use the Chase debit card for spending. I top the current account up from the savings account when it runs low. I could get a better savings rate, but it's not worth it on such a small balance, and it makes it really easy to top up the Chase current account.
I also have the Natwest Reward Credit Card which pays 1% cashback on supermarket spend, so I use that for Supermarkets and Chase for any other qualifying purchases (unless I think I need S75 cover in which case I use the Natwest card).
I've also now got the Santander Edge Credit Card which pays 2% cashback on up to £750 of spending each month. I think now I've got this card, and given the new pay-in requirements, I'll probably give Chase a miss.2 -

So time to find something with a genuine cashback offer.1 -
Glad I accidently came across this thread. I hadn't realised this change at all. I really don't think the message on the app is good enough. You don't even see it unless you scroll down to the bottom of the page.0

Move money into my chase account send friends and family payment to family member with PayPal using my chase card.
No fees with PayPal and receive the 1% cashback with chase.

Got my Santander credit card so for the next year the first £750 spent each month will be on there. 2% is as good as it gets. At least at this point.1

When the "hack "is to deposit £500 into the Chase then take it back out then repeat this until you have deposited the necessary £1500 [I would leave in the last £500 in the Chase account as I use it for all my spending groceries etc],So, can this be done all on the same day and at the same time or does it have to be over say money in one day and the money out the next and repeat until the necessary £1500 has been deposited into the Chase bank? The reason I'm asking is as I'm a pensioner it's very rare that I would have a balance of £1500 available to transfer in/out at any given time of the month.
