That's good and was already submitted so I won't add comments.

What exactly is your exhibit 4?  Is it proof of both the other 2 claims, showing the claim numbers of both and the Judge's strike out?

  • Exhibit 4 is showing the strike out for 1 claim. And another DCB legal representative partially discontinuing another. The other strike out your thinking of is actually for my partners vehicle. We both received DCBs bs regarding our old residence and parking
  • Doesn’t look like I’ll ever get Edmonton county court to answer my calls so how will I know if my witness statement was filed late? Will they email back and say so

Nope - they won't - so just assume all is good.

Print off the 'sent item' with email headers as proof of who the attachment(s) went to and when, and put it in your file of papers for the hearing.  Just in case you get the typical bleat from the Judge "we don't appear to have your WS Mr x"!

Happens all the time in bad admin courts...sigh.

  • Okay fine perfect

I know why it’s got to this

that particular claim the defence was filed before I found this forum. So it was weak as I got help from someone else

This is why I believe it’s gotten to hearing stage 😭
  • Guys a quick question if anyone can shed some light

let’s say worst case scenario judge decides in their favour will they reduce pcns back to original charge or will I be made to pay pcns plus extortionate charges.

this particular claim is for £3947.84 and is for 19 pcns

they made a settlement offer last year for £2600 but I ignored it

It will be for the judge to decide. It won't automatically be wound back to the original PCN level.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I can't see ANY judge allowing 19 times the fake debt recovery fee! Judges aren't stupid.

Utter extortion, given the parking firm has paid NOTHING AT ALL to any Debt firm (in this rogue industry the pet 'debt crawlers' all act in a no-win-no-fee basis and they failed to collect).
