That's fantastic progress! Your mortgage is erring towards more of a loan amount at this point than a mortgage amount. That's the sort of figures I'd be really happy to get to because it feels like there is an end in sight 🤣😃MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. Well done on the OPs, thats great progress. I last cashed out on 1poll just after they lowered the points needed to 2000 and payout was much quicker than usual so fingers crossed thats the norm nowl 🤞🏼3
