I sumbitted a complaint to Black Horse just after the tool back in February and have been getting the monthly "We’re looking into your information request" emails.
Today I've recieved a letter stating that my two agreements with Black Horse both had DCA.
Now it's a waiting game for the FCA to complete their investigation.

Remember that DCA can be used positively, negatively and neutral. At this stage, they are just checking whether the dealer operated DCA (at a corporate level). I'm just saying that to ensure you don't get too excited about the expectation that neutral and positive DCA will not get redress. As you say, you now need to wait a year (or two or three depending on court cases and appeals).
