Apparently not! Through Club Lloyds you will receive a 12-month Disney+ Standard With Ads subscription, which means you can enjoy Disney+ content for 12 months. At this time, you are unable to upgrade your Disney+ subscription to Standard or Premium.

The offer is still live so you can still benefit from it. I'd get a move on though as it is due to be withdrawn at some point today.
