Today was lettuce, tomato, avocado, hard boiled egg, cold new potatoes and French dressing. Melon and strawberries during the afternoon.

Two days worth of feta, cucumber and pomegranate couscous with olive oil and lemon juice dressing made this evening.

Tomorrow’s pack up done while I made tonight’s dinner 😇

Salad, new potatoes, tuna and hard boiled egg with lemon vinaigrette all ready in a lunchbox. Have also got strawberries and melon.

Tomorrow and Thursday is lentil and beetroot salad with a charred lemon dressing, Brie and chopped walnuts.

I'm looking to cut spending on food as I spend way too much on snacks and lunch at work.

What do you have for lunch and how much does it cost you?

I don't have lunch. I eat a full breakfast bacon egg etc. then I have a few nuts with a cup of tea for lunch because I'm not hungry
If you must have lunch, definitely take it with you!

Thanks for your comment! I will give that a try on Monday. Hopefully I will lose some weight too.
