    gailemma,

i lost 6 the first week, and 1 the second, my friend lost 4 the first and 3 the second so she soon caught up, so chances are if you have another good week, you'll catch up again.

for anyone who finds flicking thru the pages a bit tiresome, if you go to user cp, then edit options, you can set it to 40 messages per page, means less waiting for pages to load, this is now page 54 on screen.
    thought it might help,

  • A-ha, how to cheer yourself up in a few easy steps......

    Visit MSE Grabbit thread
Find that Ryanair are doing 1p flights with taxes and charges inc.
Book a night away with hubby

Happy me :) woo-hoo cheered me up no end plus I didn't reach for the chocolate and crisps. I have had 1 finger of a twirl and a bag of french fries which I don't think is too bad!

Keeo my chin up and keep going. I will try to fit some excercise this week.

gailemma well done with the weightloss - it will come off! I lost 12ib in my first week so it does work

    Good evening all,
Hope the weigh ins went ok. :grouphug: for those not doing so well..
And "well done" to everyone who lost this week.. wahoo!!

    Myself today: green day

breakfast: 0% yoghurt with banana 2 triangles of dairylea light (Hea)
lunch: was freezing and needed comfort food: beans and Quorn sausages
Tea: Not that hungry so had fried egg on 2 slices of 400g wm bread (HEb)
and 28gr Cathedral lighter cheese (HEa)

Also had a bit of traybake at work, some sort of base with melted chocolate on top. Any ideas about syns (would 10 be enough?) I won't have any other syns just in case it was lots..

I only lost 1/2 lb this week. I've stuck to the diet like glue!
I think green days don't suit me and I had 3 last week, so this week its red all the way.
Went out for lunch today and only had ................. a side salad.................... how good is that???

Ive had the worst week EVER my weigh day is a thursday and last thursday I went to my mums for dinner which was an indian takeaway, then sat was a pizza hut....you see where this is going oh the shame-Ive decided tomorrow that when the scales tell me Ive put on the whole 3 1/2lbs that Ive lost then Im running for the door! I will start a fresh tomorrow! Im so mortified to say that ive still not got my head round it, maybe if hubby reads my book he can tell me what heb's and hea's are and so on........Well bring on tomorrow!
  • Hi Ella,

If you are struggling, I will have a go at helping you if you like. I have only been doing it for 3 weeks, but I got the hang of it straight away, and apart from the second week, I am doing OK.

Just pm me if you don't understand something and I'll see if I can help
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D
