  • That's brilliant Flat Eric, thanks :)
  • Thanks all for your thoughts. I still can't see why it has happened though....

I measure out all need to be measured HE's plus my cheese - HEA is already measured out in portions in my fridge - I couldn't trust myself not too as I love it so much!

As I mentioned I drink lots of water each day, so I don't think it can be that....

Only other thing being that I have been ahem, "spotting" for 3 weeks continuous
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

you'll get used to them - 2lb should be 2lb off whatever your starting weight if you see what I mean - you'll see they will correspond even if they are not exactly the same. My home scales have only just started matching the SW ones after losing 2 stone! :rotfl:

my home scales never match sw scales, mine can say i put on, and i lost, or i lost and i maintained, last week said i was same as week before and i'd lost 2 & a half, so i would take the first reading as a fresh starting weight and go from thre.

    nutty, about to pm you

  • Hi all

Have first weigh in last night and I lost 4lb!!! I mean, 4lb!!! Great isn't it.....
Yes it is I hear you all say.... that is until.....

my mum got on the scales and lost 7lb which mean she beat me in the first week AND got her sticker!!! I tried to give her good advice by not ruining her new optimising book by putting her sticker in my book but she didn't agree to this.

In my defence I have been doin Jane Fonda all week and my fat is slowly turning into muscle which we all know weighs more than fat so I think I did lose 7lb too but 3lb went back onto my Arnie muscles!!

Hoping for a sticker real soon

Keep up the good work everyone......
