You could even write:
"Non-POFA innit? Get lost!"

Gatwick appeal was successful using the following
“I am the registered keeper of the vehicle. I am not disclosing the driver’s identity and am under no obligation to do so.
Gatwick Airport is not “relevant land” under Schedule 4 POFA 2012.
The land is under statutory airport bylaws, so keeper liability does not apply. Times24 UK Ltd cannot hold the registered keeper liable for this charge.
Please cancel the PCN. If you refuse, I will escalate to POPLA.”

Anything that says 'non-POFA, innit' will do! We don't need posts about it & nor do you. Relax.
Stop overthinking the simplest one ever. It is impossible to lose as long as the keeper appeals, not saying who was driving.
