I recieved a PCN last month and forgot to appeal. I tried to submit an appeal now but it doesn’t recognise the PCN number and VRM on the charge notice I recieved. Is this because they’ve gone into administration?

If it’s a month old, it might well have been passed to debt collectors.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No idea but you can ignore it.

Wonder who will run Gatwick drop off in future? I'd bet on APCOA.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We can all agree that the drop off charges are a scam anyway, but if you forget to pay on time the charges of £100 or £60 are the biggest con. Glad I came here after an enraged google, to see how citizens can fill the gap where government fail! I had a win against 🤜 APC😵A yesterday with the template email. Thanks guys you are the modern Robin Hoods!

Does the above work for Euro Car parks and the Crowne Plaza Drop off at T4 Heathrow? Just received a letter as registered keeper 100/60 £ charge for 1minute in the drop off bay at the front of the hotel.

It will work if the site was on Airport land and as long as the keeper appeals, not driver.

    Hi all,

Admittedly not my first time needing to visit this thread! It came in very handy a year or 2 ago when I then won my appeal after using the Gatwick drop off. At that time the PCN was issued by NCP.

I forgot to pay the gatwick drop off charge again at the beginning of March and have now received the PCN. This time it has been issued by 'Times Parking' - IPC

I would like to double check which wording/template to use now that it is with IPC.

    TIA

@ChirpyChicken I thought it was odd.... As had only seen 1 other thread that was started today asking about the same thing!
