Oh well thats the easy airport appeal wins down the toilet for NCP cases @Coupon-mad but they are definitely still showing as BPA members so unless thats happening from a certain date. Maybe they wanted to stop the easy airport wins but i very much doubt thats the case

Times24 UK Ltd used to be known as National Car Parks (EUK) Limited until 12th November 2025, which is a subsidiary of NCP.

So is it the end of the road for me?!

Or any way I might try to get around it you think?

    Still hopeful!

I would just log the appeal anyway

There is no end of the road since your not paying so its irrelevant

Just use the airport appeal and let’s see how this outfit handle it. Come back to us when you get their response please.

Looks like business as usual - cancellation more or less by return. Notice their NtK is headed ‘Times Parking’. Official business name (and off-shoot of NCP) is Times24 UK LTD. Presumably still able to trade, and I wonder if they will take over all the NCP contracts not involving NCP-owned car parks?

Times Parking is a trading name of Times24 UK Limited, also known as T24 UK part of the PARK24 Group, who are a Japanese company that as of today claim to have around 30 sites in the UK.

They have been administering PCN's at Gatwick on behalf of NCP since 13 Nov 25, (maybe the writing was on the wall then) through: https://gatwick.zatappeal.com/

They are IPC members and BPA members (how does that work?)their BPA membership states:

Times24 UK Limited (also trading as National Car Parkd Ltd)

You do have to question who any Gatwick parking contract is actually with NCP, Times Parking, Times24 Ltd T24 UK or PARK 24 Group.

Their FAQ's on their website states: Please follow the instructions provided in the outcome to your appeal and you can appeal to POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA) service.) directly. POPLA are an independent appeals service.

They seem to be in a right old mess!

  • Is it still the template on the first page of this thread to use, from Jan 2024?

A Parking Charge to Keeper for Times at Gatwick South today-drove through as missed the valet parking turn due to minimal signposting and was told when we got to valet parking that they were the same company so wouldn't be an issue as they would pick up the reg number from the booking. Which they didn't.

Do I bother with a "it's a parking charge and I drove through in 2 mins" and share the valet booking details, or just do the template?
