Did anyone who received it last year get it again this year? I got it last year but I'm waiting for mine this year still, I was confirmed to be eligible on live chat so we'll see...
Have you been receiving the double cashback so far or just the ordinary £5 (assuming you're doing the cashback part of the offer)?

Mine's in. Transferred the bonus over to my "real" account, and cancelled the required TSB DDs. Only the Santander to wait for now.
Why not stick around, there's at least another £40 to be had counting this month's £10👍

Just the one lot of £5, I didn't bother doing the cashback part of the offer. No clue why I even got the £5 as I only made roughly 5 transactions all in all.
  • I have had my £125. I’m keeping the account for the £10 a month cash back, and have put £500 in a month for TCB. can I now move those DDs I set up?

The terms say you have to make 2 debit payments each month for 3 out of the 4 months after you open your account. I just assumed that to mean direct debit to be on the safe side, but I suppose it could mean making 2 payments on the debit card as well or even making 2 faster payments transfers.

I took that as debit card payment. But yeah could mean direct debit. Thanks
  • @danny13579, if it means direct debits, I have failed already. Opened account in late Jan. one direct debit paid Feb 9th, the other didn’t pay until March 1st, so 2 in march. 2 will go in April. But that’s the end of the given time I think. I have sent a message to TCB to see if they can clarify. Thanks
  • I asked Topcashback what ‘make at least 2 debit payments out of your account each month’ means and you’re right, it is the DD’s for topcashback. I got the switch money as I got 2 DD’s set up before the date given by TSB.
But don’t think I’ll qualify for cash back from TCB.
Opened account 28th Jan and one of DD didn’t pay til 1st March.

I think you have very good grounds for complaint if they don't pay you the TCB. If they mean direct debit then they should say direct debit in the conditions.
