Well I did the Feb 2023 switch and only got my payout from Quidco 3 weeks ago. Hope you all won't have to wait as long as I did. I had given up on ever getting it.

Mine has been showing as Estimated Payment Date 13th April, but still haven’t received it

Have you (or anyone else) received this yet? Mine tracked on 17th January 2024 and estimated payment for me is 2nd April 2024.

For Top Cashback it can take up to 180 days to pay the cashback.



Quidco just say that the account is checked after 120 days (same as Top Cashback) but don't mention a deadline by which the cashback will be paid.

I'm just asking if anyone who opened their TSB Spend&Save account in Jan 2024 has received cashback yet via TCB, please?
My account was opened in Jan, I met all the spending criteria and opened a 'missing cashback' claim  
on 23 January with TCB.  (My TSB a/c is still open).   The TCB claim just shows' waiting for retailer'.

No, opened on 18th January, also had to open a missing cashback claim. Once the 180 days have passed I'll be following up on it.

mine is the same, i opened a claim end of Jan, i chased it up last week and got this.

mine is the same, i opened a claim end of Jan, i chased it up last week and got this.

How do you chase that? I only have the Nudge option....?

Mine just got declined on TCB this morning. Absolutely no idea why as did everything by the book.

It's an absolute lottery whether you'll get cashback off either TCB or Quidco
