I will log a complaint, although the chances of TCB putting up a good fight with TSB in order to get my payoff are slim.

Opened account 28th Jan and one of DD didn’t pay til 1st March.

Oh that's great! Thanks for that, why bother going to the horses mouth! You'd think they would have checked their own Terms before replying. I find a lot of customer service is like that these days. Just a quick answer, but not actually thought out!

TSB chat agents themselves are terrible at making stuff up on the fly. I was told by one chat agent that the second £5 cashback payment is only made on the last day of the month (which was a load of nonsense) and he then ended the chat before I had a chance to reply!

Yes, me too! Can’t think of any reason why the second £5 wasn’t paid…so will keep an eye on the account to see if it updates tonight/overnight.

I'm in the same boat. I noticed last month my 2nd £5 was paid a day after the first, so I suspect we'll get it tomorrow.
