And me! Was worried since while I requested the switch within the time frame, the actual switch began later. Seems to be ok though.0

I'm not sure how it would go if you switched out the TSB before getting a bonus, you could do it and then TSB decide not to give the bonus and then that's 6-8 weeks of waiting and fulfilling T&Cs for nothing. Personally I'd wait.propunter99 said:Nothing added to my account yet as of this morning.
I want to switch this TSB account to a Lloyds account after getting the bonus - but the Lloyds switch needs to be started by the 28th.
Does anyone know if I can start the switch from TSB to Lloyds on the 27th (and put the switch date for the 10th of April for example)? Would I lose my TSB switch bonus?
However, looking at the Lloyds offer, I did mine back in November and the wording was different. When I switched it said "Start a switch from a different bank by 14 Nov 2023" whereas on this offer it says "Switch in an account from a different bank, including 2+ direct debits, by Thursday 28 March". I might be nitpicking but for mine, as long as the switching process was started by the end date, you were okay, but for the one you're looking at it's a bit more vague and might suggest that the switch needs to be complete by the end date.
If it's possible to switch from another account then you might be best trying that. Chase are a popular bank to use for switches, you can open up to 20 accounts, and each one after the first doesn't require a credit check, nor do you have have to wait for a card, you can connect it to the original/main account (like a separate space on an account), and switch this one out. If that's an option then maybe try that.
There will be more Lloyds-focused information on the dedicated thread, I'm sure someone there would be better able to help with the wording of the terms.

Thankfully the £125 bonus has landed in my account so I can start my switch to Lloyds before the cutoff - happy days!

No problem! If you've received your TSB bonus then that renders the part bout Chase moot, but I'd recommend switching this evening, give yourself enough time in case there is a difference in the timescale of when the switch occurs (likely more information in the current Lloyds thread about the wording). Looking at my records, I applied for Lloyds on 13th November, received the bonus on the 21st, and the account was closed on 8th December (I switched to Barclays), but of course this isn't a guarantee for the timeline you'd experience. Good luck with it!propunter99 said:
