Make an Extra £10 a Day January 2024

Hello everyone and welcome to the challenge.
The purpose of this challenge is to try and make an extra £10 a day on top of your normal income to help things along eg paying off debt, making savings, paying for holidays, overpaying mortgages.
The purpose of this challenge is to try and make an extra £10 a day on top of your normal income to help things along eg paying off debt, making savings, paying for holidays, overpaying mortgages.
If you feel £10 is too much why not start at £5 (or less if you want) or if you're brave join those who aim for £20 a day! Anything extra you make is great so set whatever target you think you can manage. It also doesn't have to be £10 each and every day - some days you make more and some days you make less, but aim for £310 (or whatever your target is) extra at the end of the month.
The idea is that everyone posts how they are making extra money and these shared ideas help all of us to learn new ways to help cut debt or earn/save money.
This is the 195th month of this challenge, which was first started by Batgirl, in September 2007. Here is a link to the original thread as I am sure some of you are interested to read where it all began.
Thanks to Batgirl for starting it and for everyone who has kept it going for more than 14 years.
Hope you join us and see how much you can make this month!

Sorry if I have stepped on anyones toes starting this thread. I have been eagerly waiting for it to start since the new year.
I was an active participant in this challenge many years ago and I actually managed to pay for a trip to New York for myself and DH from the extra money I was making. Now, sadly, the money will be going to debt repayment but if it helps bring the figure down quicker, its all good.
I may be on my own, but thats okay but if you do want to join in and share ideas on how to make extra money then the more the merrier.
Good Luck everyone.Total debt when my journey began in December 2022- £66,133.42

I think it is a fab idea.
I have already gone through my wardrobe and this weekend, I will start to declutter again.
I can only think of the boring eBay to make extra cash so I am genuinely interested to hear of other ideas.
I have just 2nd of January switched to an electric car so I am now saving ( without fuel vs electric charging figures ) £47 and pennies a month just on road tax.
Looking forward to new ideas so would love to join.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -
Great to have you on board @BJV.
I do a little bit of mystery shopping and Surveys mainly to make my extra money. The best survey site without a doubt is Prolific, however I believe there is a waiting list to join at the moment.
I also do receipt scanning, this is a slow process if you keep at it then the money will appear eventually.Total debt when my journey began in December 2022- £66,133.42

I am willing to give anything a go. I have just joined the wait list.
I am lucky and have a good income, 2 children, well teenagers who never stop eating, but never seem to be able to stick to a budget, and I want to save for some new triple-glazed windows, so anything I can do to bolster the savings pot is a bonus.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A1 -
