I asked to be referred to spec savers for my hearing aids from the GP. 😂😂😂Just had a message saying Specsabers are looking forward to seeing me on Friday for my appointment……I know nothing about said appointment. I’ll have to call in later when we’re in town. I’ve had my wrist xrayed this morning. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Then I called in the surgery to book a blood and health check. The health check is 5.15 this evening and the blood test in a couple of weeks….and that’s because I couldn’t make the earlier ones offered to me. So far so good with this new surgery . I ordered stoma supplies yesterday when I spoke to the doctor and I’m waiting for the delivery which is due in the next hour…..I had to order a week in advance at my old place, it often took a couple of weeks to arrive and I thought that was good.
Our ISA s expire today so we’ve got appointments this afternoon to transfer them to Nationw!de. They’ll be diminished once we start the work on the house but in between times we might as well get what we can.
I’ve just bought an M&S gift card to spend on Christmas food….i feel as if I’m getting there on the projected Christmas spends…. just need to decide what to spend them on now 👍

It’s Dh birthday on Sunday so we’re going to dds for a curry fest……I made it clear on my birthday that now were all living close by we will do nice food at home as 7 of us eating out when our birthdays are every couple of weeks between now and Januaryis a bit expensive.

    January spends - £587.58

The new GP sounds promising. Fingers crossed it continues.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪
