I had someone doing some freelance work for me, every month I got stock returned with claims people refused delivery, so next month I gave her less stock, and again, less and less stock was delivered, and so it continued. I then had to deliver the stock elsewhere. I only paid per item delivered, so she was shooting herself in the foot. It got to the point I was going to give her the heave-ho after I came back from holiday, but fortunately she resigned. After she went I got a reliable freelancer to deliver to her area, and he encountered none of the issues she claimed to have. Basically, she was lazy and couldn't be bothered.
