For some fun viewing I recommend Jilly Cooper's Rivals. I enjoyed the other Bennet sister on iPlayer too. They are complete opposite genres too 😂

Just popping head in as it were. Angiogram done and to cardiologist astonishment no stents required, no evidence of heart disease other than some very minor limescale. Which means symptoms are a bit of a mystery but cardiologist did have some ideas and suggested we chat when arm recovered. Arm has some spectacular bruising and painful but as of today I am allowed to type properly with both hands.
A very minor exercise programme approved for the next two weeks which is simply 2 x 10 mins walk which I can manage with no symptoms (just about). Thank goodness for VNM, I seem to have gone from fit and healthy to only able to do short walks. Am also allowed to potter about generally but that is it until we figure out why I have the symptoms.
Have watched some TV, sat in the garden and generally rested up. Back to work properly today PHEW and popped on here as I saw some of you had been lovely enough to check in with me. Thank you.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Good to see you back and hear all is okay heart-wise
Looking forward to hearing what cardiologist says and you getting to the bottom of this.
I'm sure cardiologist's suggestions will be grand but don't forget your inadvertent councillor training 😁 If something doesn't seem quite right to you then you are absolutely allowed to nicely ask for referrals to other departments, experts can't be experts in everything, that's why they're experts! But hopefully cardiologist will say things that chime with you x

Good point Pip. I'm sticking with the exercise plan and appointment in a couple of weeks. Also had a quick email conversation with the doctor who prescribes hormones and she has also reviewed bloods and cardiologist results so maybe there will be a link. Still struggling with the idea that I've ended up an "old lady on the sofa"
I'm working on a list to discuss with cardiologist as I strongly suspect now (after some reading as there is little else I can do) that a lot of my random symptoms are actually linked and just treating "one thing" as in it is "an infection" followed by treating another like "thyroid" has led to stuff being missed so pulling together a proper summary and making it very clear rather than my usual ramble
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
