Thinking of you. I think Stealth Cat needs to go to the Vets for some insight and advice without tests. She's not absorbing nutrients and looks really old and skinny, but it still a purry old girl, but eating loads with the predictable results. Dear old thing.Save £12k in 2026 #2 I have banked £2870.61 so far, against a £10k target The 2026 Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2026 I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026 - currently £568.34 and most of my March purchasing made

Hope Stealth Cat gets some good advice.
WattyDog not speaking to me. He has, quite reasonably worked out that the opioid horror was caused by the new treats he was offered in the vets so he is (a) refusing to touch them to avoid a repeat. In his mind he was fine before the new bag of treats and very bad afterwards so it must be the treats that were the cause and (worse) (b) I fed him the treats so he is refusing to eat anything I offer including his meals in case I poison him.
VNM has to provide the meals or WattyDog will not go near the bowl. At this point there is a lot to be said for the less intelligent breeds! He is very plainly snubbing me.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I love ❤️ WattyDog
Thank you for sharing him with us6 -
Oh my goodness WattyDog! Very sensible of you. However, do take into consideration that the VNM may actually need to leave the house at some point and the VNW has never tried to poison you before so perhaps it wasn't meant? I would try a little bit of food from her and see how you feel afterwards, but clearly you are stronger than you were, which is a good sign.
