Incredible experience The sun came out and it was glorious, lots of big cats (and smaller ones) basking inthe afternoon sun. The afternoon tea was beside two lions who had an enclosure that meant they were right beside the window if they chose to come up - and they did! Then we had a lovely walk around and almost had the place to ourselves which was wonderful. Some of the cats were hard to spot, but some very close indeed. @themadvix it is the Big Cat Sanctuary at Headcorn The story of the 5 lions rescued from Ukraine was moving and with so few people about we were able to chat with staff and learn about their work.
All four of us went in not sure what we were expecting, we came out impressed with the centre, their work and the quality of the experience we had had and considering an overnight stay
