    We sold our lump of garden once we had planning consent. The planning consent ensured that the plot was worth ten times the price, and getting someone else to build them meant we did not have that stress. He made money, we made money. Happy days. Just saying...

    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2234.63/£3000 or 74.49% of my annual spend so far (not going to be much of a Christmas at this rate as no spare after 9 months!

    when does the overage run out ?  I feel like its been running for about ten years but I think that's just cos you've been doing so much and come so far since those bad old days.  Maybe in reality its been running about 3 years ish?  So maybe still another 7 to go?  Might be talking out a hole in my hat of course lol

    Bless you I think the cutting of the hedge was well worth it it does make it look nice I have just had mine done makes it feel so much lighter at mine. 

    Hope tired Tuesday improves and totally agree the house selling is not your circus but VNM does help you out quite a bit so hope you find a middle way.
