    Big decision to move area but you do what is important to you might be easier to sell without the land attached or could you rent the house and also the yard and you go and live elsewhere rented obliviously just to make sure it is the right decision with the new area. That is the bit I struggle with finding the right area as everything is about location not really the house. 

    I am not a horse person (my sister is) but your rides do sound lovely. Good luck in your decision making.

    I think if riding gives you such pleasure then moving probably does sound like a good option for you. Good luck with the plans and finding the perfect place/ space that works for you all 😊.

    That's just so wrong from the surgery. I'm glad you were able to book a scan and get it done so quickly. I've been in what could be a very similar position which turned out to be nothing to worry about, but of course it's best to be seen soon.

    Our GP’s are amazing and it’s one of the reasons I currently wouldn’t move.  A good surgery is priceless. 

    Agreed.  It is so annoying when totally unqualified people seem to have the right to diagnose us.  Mine have been great but I know many are certainly not.
