    Watty reading that about the self confidence I thought of the Upfront Movement as I did their chaity bond last year. It is all about women's confidence and how we should also support other women. The founder is doing one for small business here is the link . The 5 weeks I did last December still has positive impact on me nearly a year later. 

    The jumps sounds fun and VNM does too less so his family but you seem to be coping so well I am not sure I could keep quiet.
