Oh, that is wonderful news @helensbiggestfan. I will definitely keep my fingers crossed for you.3

Thank you for you good wishes. I will let you all have details and photos soon.
It's a three bedroomed, 2 bath, with a garage and small garden. It's 6 years old, so the rooms aren't huge and the garden is small. But that's what I want, something big enough not to feel cramped but small enough to be warm and cosy and easy to manage. A big plus is that being more or less a new build it is well insulated. The energy rating is B. My last house was F, so cold in winter and often too hot in summer. It's pretty much a blank canvas, neutral colours. No expensive remedial works required, it's basically ready for a new owner to add a few flourishes and personal touches.Had my hair cut the other day and have a consultation with my dentist next week to see about teeth whitening. My skin is really dry at the moment (central heating). I need to find an industrial strength moisturiser.4 -
Offer accepted. Wahoo. 💃1

@helensbiggestfan fingers crossed here too for the house offer to be accepted by them.
Re your skin are you drinking enough water? (says me like I'm qualified except only in life) Without spending too much money how does the famous baby oil work?
I am in desperate need of a hair cut, I should be sharp about it as I am away in less than 2 weeks for a holiday with the girls
and its only to the barber shop in the next village. Need a pedicure too so need to get that booked in for next week.

Can't do the famous baby oil. Skin is too sensitive. Have been trying almond oil. Ok on my body but it irritates my face. I think I might go back to Grapeseed oil, used to use it before ok.My skin is driving me mad this morning, dry, tight and itchy. I might just slap some olive oil on for now.I probably do need to drink more water.
A holiday with the girls sounds fab.3 -
