    Happy Birthday Helen, enjoy your celebrations. How time goes on, it was 5 years for my Husband 3/7 , cruelly taken by MND. He is always in all our thoughts. Still working but have dropped a day. Love a 4 day week!. take care everyone x

    ooh, I must look up that book @artistlifestyle , sounds interesting.

    I'm slowly starting to regain energy after having covid in June, so will start to feel more Fab now. I seemed to have stopped exercising so much, so really need to get into that again.  Onwards and upwards again

    @artistlifestyle, which book is it you have. I see there are 2....one called A Statin Free Life, and the other A Statin-Free Life. Also another just called Statin Free

  • @artistlifestyle, which book is it you have. I see there are 2....one called A Statin Free Life, and the other A Statin-Free Life. Also another just called Statin Free
    The one with the hyphen appears to be the one I have. I didn’t know there were more, or if they compliment each other or contradict??? 😂😂😂 Hope this helps.
