Well I've never felt less fab in all my life. I have campylobacter !!! Truly horrible. So that's this week written off.....😟2

Oh you poor thing (although I have to confess I had to do a quick internet search to find out what campylobacter is!!). Rest up and take it easy, and hopefully the symptoms won't be too severe and will soon pass.0

I think it was dodgy chicken. My son did a curry on Monday and I think he didn't cook it thoroughly enough. This is the third time in the last few weeks, but this episode is the worst. I think I will have to avoid chicken for a while....2

Good Morning Lovely Ladies.I am never eating chicken again.......😱😂. This is the third time in six weeks I've had a bad reaction. I think my body is trying to tell me something so maybe I should listen.
5 days of hell but hopefully making some progress now. Still feeling as weak as a kitten but hopefully the worst is over.I had intended to do some decluttering but tbh just couldn't summon up the energy, couldn't even manage the effort to read. Instead I have been watching films, and listening to music, going down the you tube rabbit hole and coming across all sorts of wondrous treasures, music videos, interior design and fashion. 😂
I have discovered a whole (new to me) music genre called Bardcore that I knew nothing about, especially a vocalist called Hildegard von Blingin (probably a made up name) who takes rock and pop music standards and gives them a medieval treatment. Very clever and a beautiful voice.I am well down with Gen Z 😂.Anyway we've finally got some sun today so hopefully I can christen one of my new sun loungers. Get some vitamin D on my old bones.......and speed up the healing.
