Thanks both - it's a great feeling to be debt free again and I'm determined that this will be the last time!

Beanie - I managed to get back to sleep around 3 and then slept until 8 so overall about 7 hours sleep which is actually better than usual.

Up and out fairly early with OH - picked up a prescription, walk round the local park and then to Lidle (Β£22.02 spent).Β  Walk round the park was lovely and lots more spring flowers out than last time.

Did a few PA surveys this morning so just waiting for the money to become available to cash out and will send it to the emergency fund.
    Debt Dec 2022 - Β£2972.68. Current debt - Β£0 (100% paid). Flat deposit - Β£10802.94/Β£15000 (72% saved). Emergency fund - Β£1550.15/Β£2000 (77.5% saved).

Thursday was a NSD.Β  Yesterday I spent Β£8.35 on food shopping (fruit, yoghurt and wraps) plus we went a walk and treated ourselves to coffee and cake in a cafe while out (Β£9 spent).Β  On a double shift today at work so shouldn't spend anything (hopefully!).

Β£10.76 cashed out from PA and sent to the emergency fund, currently sitting at Β£1292.77.Β  Once it reaches Β£1300, I'll move Β£100 over to the new account I set up which has limited withdrawals and a slightly better savings rate.

    Thanks Boodedoo and Lonelygambler

Haven't posted for a while as was very busy at work and then away for a long weekend with friends.Β  My weekend was absolutely lovely, spent more than anticipated but all covered by the holiday fund.

Had today off as well so had a productive day - as well as going for a walk with OH and doing a wee shop, I looked at all my outgoings and have managed to reduce these by Β£70ish per month.Β  This more than offsets the Β£15 rent increase and Β£3 council increase per month so very pleased with this

Emergency fund is now at Β£1304.48 so Β£100 moved over to other account.Β  Bonus was added on to LISA so it's now sitting at Β£10300.22 :smile:Β  Just one more payment to be added to it and that will be it for this financial year.Β Β

Pay slip is in and due to doing less overtime than usual last month, my pay is about Β£500/600 less than usual  so need to do a budget for this and see what I can add to savings.
