Morning all,

I'm with Beanie, come to Scotland @bubbs 😊

@maman I'm hedging towards going back to Madrid or Seville for four days as a starting point.  I know both places reasonably well, I can get out and walk, sightsee, my favourite people watching and even browse shops if I fancied. I don't have a problem eating out alone during the day, it's just at night I feel a bit odd and a spare part. I'll have plenty of time to ponder and decide soon 😁

We've had all weathers in the last 12 hours - went to bed with hard frost and freezing cold, woke during the night and it was snowing and it's just starting to rain now.

Today's food:
B - fruit salad using up what's left, yoghurt 0.5 syn
L - tuna salad roll (HEB, salad cream 1.5 syns
D - chicken stir fry using up the last of the veg so a bit of everything!

At WI today I lost 1 lb, so I am now back to the weight I was before Christmas.  I am now  back in the mindset to start losing weight again.  4 lbs to lose and I will get my Club 10, so that is what I am aiming for now.

It's a great idea to set achievable mini targets. Good luck with getting to Club 10. 

They had multi packs of Proper crisps in Aldi today @beanielou. Thought of you when I saw them. 😁

Madrid and Seville are lovely cities @Jellybaby. We did a city break to Madrid but in November, still plenty to do and see. We went to Seville as part of a Classical Spain guided tour taking in Ronda, Cordoba and Grenada as well. It was with Riviera Holidays if you're interested. They're a good company. We went to India with them as well.

Positives today in that Ms Moanalot wasn't in and has all of next week off hurrah! Unfortunately my IT failed and I had about 30 minutes out of my whole day when emails/diary were working properly. Really unstable system and I left early as a result as no point being there. Hopefully it'll be sorted on Monday.

Group tomorrow - don't think I'll be weighing in although next week will be just after DD's graduation/meal on the  Thursday night so not great timing either. What to do......
