STS I am still 0.5lb up on where I started. This is really silly now, I had high intentions but just can't seem to stay away from buying and eating crap

Weigh-day -3lbs please Brambling.

I didn’t get a glass of wine just wasn’t in the mood. I did have 4 pancakes last night, 2 lemon& sugar, 2 banana & squirty cream. Not gluten free either (accidentally used the wrong flour as usually only have gluten free in the cupboards). I don’t seem to be reacting too badly 🤞🏻. 

I only managed 1 walk, will try for 2 this week. Will carry on weighing portions, 3 meals and no snacking.

I am late to the table but I definitely want to work on this. I have been guilty of letting my weight creep up.  I want to lose 2.5kg by end of March.  I think that should be realistic without me crash dieting.

I have been mia due to busy work and life, but forced myself to step on the scales and... 2lbs up 😭😭😭 

That means I'm heavier than when the year started, and zero chance of hitting my goal for the quarter. I knew it wouldn't be good, but I was hoping for a sts.

But I am giving up sugar for lent, and it is getting warmer and lighter so hopefully that will help, although my body always reacts badly to the changing of the seasons.

But onwards and upwards, all I can do is get back on with it.

Congratulations to everyone who's losing, it is motivating to see that it can be done!

Just had somebody ask me one of those 'you know you've lost a crazy amount of weight when....' questions!
An old lady a few doors up was watching me walking the dogs and when I got back she said 'where's the other lady who normally walks the dogs, I havent seen her in ages!'
'oh, well thats me!' I replied. 'there just used to be alot more of me!'
'oh' she said, 'I didnt recognize you.....erm, you always used to wear your hair up!'

I didnt always wear my hair up but she obviously didnt want to say 'you used to be the size of a house!'.

Well, I've weighed in on my digital scales, and I'm 4lbs down since I last weighed in two weeks ago. I'm surprised, but pleased, as my calorie deficit shouldn't equal that much. Bodies are weird. Pretty sure it's due to not boozing so much, which is much better for me, as that's the major thing I'm doing differently - two nights a week I'm 'allowed' a drink. 

I've now got around 7lbs left to get down to my 'happy' weight. I've moved from 'overweight' to the top end of 'healthy' on the BMI scale 🎉  

This week aims: daily 30 mins yoga, three 25min runs, achieve my daily step count and do a couple of short weights workouts.

Food is greek salad or homemade soup for lunch, porridge or protein shakes for brekkie, and homemade prepped meals for evenung meals. What's everyone else's meal plan look like?

Catz a few years ago i lost 4 stone and attending a family party were i could see my aunt hadn't recognised me when i smiled across the room at her and then i saw her ask my sister who i was  she blamed it on I must have changed my hair as well
