Mrs SD - SA light is back working - there are steps so can be a hazard in the dark.
Mrs SD - I don't want to put on weight - in fact losing half a stone would be good. My BMI is 23.4 but I still have too much fat in the stomach/lower abdomen area. I am wearing size 12 trousers at the moment.
When I was working out my BMI - I put in the figures for Mr F for when we met - he was classed as Obese class 111 at 44 bmi. - now he is 25.2 - so proud of him.
Been to Church then walked into town with Mr F to deliver a friend's Birthday card.
Did some crafting after lunch.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Hello.Today the following has left the house…the charity stuff is in the car boot to be dropped off either tomorrow or Tuesday when I have business in town. But it’s out the house!Three bags of stuff…assorted stuff…jumpers, son stuff, china, random paperweight for charity shop.
My husbands hiking boots. Son reckoned they were done so I’ll put them in the shoe recycling bin.Daughter took two guitars, an oh I like that shelf as she was helping me with some work stuff in my home office…just take it. Really? Yep. Just take it.The four old chairs were collected promptly by a very nice person!I’d went through the jumper wardrobe…I have my stuff spread through the three wardrobes in the house! I actually don’t have hundreds of clothes but had hundreds of wardrobe space so moved stuff around. Anyway 5 jumpers that were bobbled /scratchy at the neck/ just don’t wear often enough. And two fleece jackets that I think were sons. OUT!Took all my downstairs pictures/paintings done and decluttered some spider webs and dust! Painted over the wall that had soot marks from the log burner.14 -

Signature updated - so close to 800 items!
The latest things to be shifted: a tap, returned to B&Q - we're getting one with the new kitchen. Two worktops, given to friend in return for a favour - likewise getting different stuff with the new kitchen. Failed to get another tip run again in today, but we have been moving furniture and getting at the dust created by all the grinding in the cellar last week. The air smells clean and breathable again!
EDIT: Made 800!!!!!
Last 2 items to be cleared - 2 old candle holders. We have so many, these 2 were a bit naff.Keep reading books!

This morning I decided to reduce the number of glasses, plates and bowls which I have. Four dinner plates, four soup bowls, four champagne flutes and a mixed assortment of nibbles bowls are now wrapped up in newspaper and packed. There's already a large bag of other stuff in the car boot so I'm feeling slightly virtuous.I'm not really decluttering, it's more a streamling of my stuff!17

Gers that sounds good
QeeenJess, the window sill looks very calming.
Mrs SD, thank you for your kind words and have been popping in to read how everyone is getting on.
After 3 hours searching found what I had lost, in one of the first places, but slightly hidden under the bed!
My living room now looks useable - (still have my dad's chairs round the side of the room but my table and chairs will go by the end of the month).
Put a lid of sturdy plastic container in dishwasher (being lazy) and is out of shape so binned, also glass jug out as same colour as the one item I brought in last month, and have tidied lots, up, digital photos deleted and unsubscribed from a couple of things that keep resubscribing me, some receipts out, a few things listed and fingers crossed 1 item will be sold and packaging up tomorrow. Not alot out but not bringing in things has definitely helped.
Like a few others I have clothes that are that bit too small and keep giving my self 6 months rolling 6 monthsto get in them. Definitely eat more and get bigger when worrying and anxious about things !
Fingers crossed jobs for new people at work will go out next week but could be 3 months before someone in, so not holding my breath but trying to say no to some things.
Sending cakes and fruit to the tlc carriage along with earl grey tea and a bottle of gin and some tonic to soothe body and minds16 -
managed to donate to my neighbour a saucepan and a carving fork plus a set of small mugs in a metal tree that holds them together She said her children will use them plus a mini Kenwood electric chopper for meat, herbs etc as my DD already has one so we don't need two. Tomorrow DGS Ben is coming to help move even more stuff to the Charity shop for me he will load and unload it for me and help me get it all there. So much stuff to go. Waiting for the solicitors to get all the paper work sorted and fingers crossed for maybe late May for the move.
I'm still eating my way through the food stuff, and not bought anything at all yet this month so day 7 NSD
