D that’s a lot of money……I would have a think about what it was she enjoyed. Was it the different location, seeing or making new friends, the different attention? Could those be replicated with some of your mum friends taking it turns to host with all the children? LO will have a lot of different interests growing up and you could end up spending out a lot of money……just my thoughts 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇 2024 decluttering

Thanks @ Muddy_Walker . Because it was a trial session, the 2 new kids had the attention of 1 (supercool) arty teacher to themselves. The art work she brought home was very good but then she said the teacher had helped her.I am thinking it through - firstly next time she does any trial I will check how much it costs going forwards. I was shocked because most classes are 10 - 15 pounds, not 30 something! So I am kicking myself for not looking first!Classes going forwards would be different because she won’t be in the special trial group. Plus some kids would have been on Easter holiday so there will be less attention when the class is full.I have booked her for a short day holiday club there so I am keeping my promise that she can go back.
i honestly think it’s too expensive for the whole term, I will look into little art projects we can do together instead. ❤️17 -
Thank you Vulpix, Liverpool-Anne and Mrs SD. DH is walking a lot better today. He does have tablets from the doctors and physio exercises but doesn't think they help. I keep telling him they won't help after just 1 lot, he has to keep going. He did have MRI last year as a lot of other joint pain and he does have some spinal deterioration that doesn't help with the pain.
@D123456789 we use £2 tuition hub for DD2 (home ed). I know they do art classes on there but not sure of the age groups as not something she would do. £2 a lesson is definitely better than £30 😱
I contacted the next comment from the LOL stuff I listed last week that wasn't collected and they're possibly collecting later. DD1 csme this morning with DGD and her dog so I haven't managed anything else yet.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

@D123456789 - I think you should just invest in some art supplies and do things together. I would never recommend someone spend that much for a class for anyone. There are some wonderful art books out there for children that can help also, but try your local library first before buying any. And save the money for a vacation (take your art supplies with you on the vacation and try some drawing, painting, and maybe chalk drawing while traveling).15

D - you are very welcome! With the better weather coming (I am optimistic 🤣) perhaps you could visit a park or woody area to look at the same view that changes through out the year and paint that? Like spring summer autumn etc?
I really liked art at school but as I didn’t fit in with bowls of fruit and was much more gothic I stopped doing art. Also learning about trees and plants and birds at the same time….⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇 2024 decluttering

Our boy cat is helping decluttering again. He hid in roommate Di's bedroom - so to check on him we started to clean up her bedroom! Just a bit - she helped me take out three bags of trash and two bags of bottles so far - and we are only two feet closer to the closet where the cat was hiding. We also found 6 missing spoons, a plate and two bowls she claimed weren't in her room. Oh well. The cat however decided to come out on his own and is now sleeping on the bed. The other cat, the female, is helping declutter the papers on the table - by throwing up all over them this morning. Fortunately, I had just gotten up and gone into the kitchen as she also got the chair I had been sitting in, the cushion, the floor, and a couple of notebooks. Only took thirty minutes to clean up what with having to sort out papers and wipe some off, reprint a stack, and toss a few others. She is now sleeping peacefully in the box where the papers were. Quite a day so far.16

Hi
Picked up some new to me dining chairs off of FB marketplace this morning. And put my old ones on for free. They’ll get collected at the weekend.DD2 helped me pick them up. Then we filled her car with plants, big pots, obelisks x2 and 2 little frog ornaments. Most of the plants came from my mums garden so it’s nice she’s getting them. Mum collected frogs so these were some that I kept and dotted around the garden. And used the last of my logs and put the log burner on for the last time here. Have had many a cosy afternoon/evening sat with a book with it on. Will try and sell my big log basket/fan/companion set as a bundle.14 -
Managed to cook our Easter lunch today having been too tired to do it earlier.
Found 6 DVDs to go to CS as needed to make room in cupboard for some others.
Will have a quick look through bedroom drawers tomorrow to see if anything can go from there.
Am really enjoying not having so much food in stock and looking forward to finally getting on top of the ood items so that we stop having to play catch up all the time.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅15 -

The washing did dry outside on Monday 🙂 Finished the scarf see pic.
I have also managed to get the hang of knitting in the round (stocking stitch) but still haven’t quite got the hang of casting off. I need a bit more practice 😉 Dinner was another HF meal with the addition of spinach - see pic

Tuesday is another dry day & was sunny in the morning but is now overcast. DSis had a doctor’s appointment at 08:10 & her 2nd 2hr session at the Respiratory Clinic exercise & breathing. DH has just popped out to get petrol for the motorbike + a small shop. He came back with an half price Easter Egg for each of us 😊 DSis eventually got back about 16:30 in a really bad mood 😔 Firstly she turned up at the surgery on time to be informed by the receptionist that her appointment was for a telephone call 😡 It was not, it was supposed to be a face to face which she had insisted on when booking the appointment. DSis stood her ground & the receptionist then said she would book an appointment. After waiting 40 minutes, DSis approached the receptionist & enquired again - only to find that an appointment had been booked for 10:00 (original was 08:10) but hadn’t been bothered to tell DSis to allow her to go off & do other things. By now DSis was apoplectic. She finally had her appointment & requested a complaints form. The doctor directed her to the receptionist who then advised that you could only make a complaint on-line 💥 She came home for a while then she & DH headed off for her 2nd appointment of the day. That also did not go well 😔 Having been injured (the staff insisted she lift her arm with too heavy a weight causing a shoulder injury) by their incompetence last Thursday, today they managed to cause an injury to her leg & her back. Dinner was sausages, mash & baked beans. Wudupa. Rained for several hours late afternoon/early evening ☹️

Great decluttering Muddy_Walker 👏 Very impressed with how many books you have read 🥳 Your comment “Still not 💯 for me health wise and sleeping is all over the place so more blood tests and scans coming up. I firmly believe my NET team and dr don’t talk to each 🤬 so things seem to be repeated a lot and I am getting frustrated and angry and then worn out” sums up exactly how my DSis feels 😔
Excellent decluttering bamboo_socks 👏 & good luck with the v*nted listings🍀
Great decluttering Florafauna 👏 Good luck with the sewing room declutter & packing 🍀

Mrs SD - lovely scarf.
Mr F did two trips into town with stuff for the charity shops yesterday.
We weren't on food delivery duty in the evening but popped to SA to take along sacks of fabrics recycling and sort out the donations left by the kitchen door. My fabric recycling crates are full so hope collection happens this week.
I made more cards yesterday - out of 9 Birthday cards needed for April - I have 3 left to make.
Church friend was here and put guttering up around our porch - we have a flat roof which was dripping and making the garage wall wet.
I ordered double metal gates yesterday - our friend will fit them.
Mr F fell over in our hallway yesterday - he fell against a cupboard and it was hard to get him up.
