Hopefully someone will see it ,like it and buy it, and we will be off.My DDs house is on there as well and hers went very quickly in less than three weeks.
Bit more decluttering to be done, but Ben my DGS who lives in London is home this weekend for several days as his school breaks up today so I am hoping to get a tip run in next week.

Thank you, I hope so, to me it just looks so bare as there are none of my family photos up as DD said its better if its like this as then people will see what they can put in of their photos and odds and ends. I'm definitely not a minimalistic sort of person I like my photos and momento's around me
but then I am a slightly soppy old Grandma

25 posts to read this morning. Reading JackieO's posts I realise I will need to move my many family photos once I get EA in to value house. My current plan is beginning of March. Someone coming to look at small area of damaged render outside back door as I need to get it fixed. I seem to be in a mess here and need to spend time tidying up. Journey to Sheffield was fraught but I have done worse trips although when I was rather younger. Heavy snow in village but I managed to get out so picked DGD4 up from school and set off early. Car park research paid off and I found way to really convenient free one which DS2 used last year. It was the Young Voices Concert at the Arena - 3500 children from the area singing in a choir with professional entertainers. They do them every year in 4 regional centres. DGS4 loves to sing. Well worth going although weather was awful. One of those experiences for the children which money can't buy. Rain got rid of most of the snow for the drive home. Almost midnight when the DGCs got to bed so I had to turf them out of bed for school this morning but half term starts today.
Right tidy up is called for. I'll start at one end of the bungalow and put things away.

Hi,retired in France, very good news about Mr RIF's foot. I am sure it will take a while to get used to after it taking such a long time to heal.
I did like the term Salad sister. Poor thing ,no wonder she was so upset. Being poorly and it being her son's birthday. You just never know what troubles people are going through do you.
Result about the disintegrating glasses Liverpool Anne, it must be a relief .
Florafauna, I love talking houses and moves it means I can move vicariously. I spent a long time yesterday mentally reconfiguring the rooms in a bungalow for sale near me. I had to have words with myself. I can't move again so soon after the last one.
Home alone today. Time to make the blanket ends into cat blankets. I have the blanket middles soaking in the bath. The water is filthy even though the cream blankets didn't look it. I suppose they have just been in the airing cupboard for about 50 years!
Have a nice weekend chums. Vx

I was in pain still from the weekend and decided to do some stretching yesterday morning from a physio I found on YT. It was very gentle stretching, but I felt something pop in my thoracic area (I didn't know where that was but he said that happens to him too when he does that exercise) and I googled and realised I think I have costochondritis again. I had it a couple of years ago and I had to go to A&E as I had chest pain.
I must have had costochondritis and mistook it for a fibromyalgia flare up as I had forgotten the sensation. It is a relief as I know it is painful, but harmless. Anyway, I felt much better and I feel much less pain and tenderness today. I saw my reflexologist yesterday and I think between that and the stretching it really relaxed me and I had a fab night sleep last night.
I have been to Coop this morning to buy some fresh fruit and veg as I want to lose some weight, finally. I came home and took everything out of the fridge, cleaned it and put the new food away. I did throw away some marmalade that I found at the back as I couldn't remember when I bought it. I am about to clean out my tins of food cupboard and make some soup. I think I will use what veg is in the fridge and use a can of lentils to make it last a few days.
