You will get no sensible help from the IPC, but show us anyway, it's worth the laugh!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • As requested, here’s IPC’s response.

  • However, I’ve already complained to CPS Midlands.

Do I need to complain to them again, this time in writing? To then send it back to the IPC?

How did you complain if not in writing, the evidence of a phone call is not worth the paper it isn't written on?

I complained via email to CPS Midlands and I posted the response here (see my previous post on January 5th).

To confirm, I must do so again but this time in writing?

E-mail is writing so that counts as a complaint to CPS Midlands.  What was the outcome of that complaint?

No.  Nobody advised you to post anything.

The IPC just needs evidence that u already exhausted the PPC's complaints policy.

The response is in the screenshot of my post (Jan 5th)

@Coupon-mad - I’ll go back to the IPC explaining this.

    As requested, here’s the joke!

For context, I opened a new case explaining that I’d already attempted complaining to CPS Midlands and they’d responded - to which I sent over the evidence, and this what IPC has come back to me with.
