    Today court happened. Was adjourned as DCBlegal rep had no receipt of submission of witness statement, they said they posted it to the address where the car was registered at. I said that's not my address, and the judge said they have ne receipt of ducuments from them, so it was adjourned.

    You should be adding additional costs for further unreasonable behaviour, on top of the unreasonable behaviour of issuing such a vexatious claim in the first place.
    This should be in the form of a schedule of costs.

    According to your post on 22nd October, DCB emailed you their witness statement
    under the 7 day court request. The court adjourned as the court had no receipt of the claimants submission.
