The easiest way is to prove you never lived at the address of the driver/rk by way of your credit files.4

I agree with Bazarius. That is not a forged letter from someone pretending to be you.
They have not put your address on the letter. They are not pretending to be you.
That is an appeal/dispute from the real rk (who has used words from this forum!).
He happens to share the same name as you.
DCB have then done a soft trace and found you (same name). You must ask DCB for the soft trace whereby they first found your address and tell them THIS IS A MISTRACE. The keeper that the parking firm was pursuing isn't me. We must share the same or similar name but that person is not me. DCB Group has made a mistake and I demand to see the 'soft trace' that DCB Group obtained that first threw up my data.
As proof this is not me, I can prove I have never lived at the address the parking firm first obtained from the DVLA, by way of my credit files (attached screenshot).
DEMAND they discontinue immediately or you will claim all your costs and are minded to sue DCB Group for their error & to report DCB Legal to the SRA and DCB Ltd to the CSA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello, I checked my credit report just now, and even though I have been at my present address since 2017 and have all my online purchase records on email (paypal/amazon/ebay/etc) saying this address. It seems my credit report hasn't updated my address record until 2019, I think I remember changing my bank details as soon as i moved here, and im confident I registered with the housing association too so they should have my record of address. Don't know why the credit report says 2019 though unless it is relying on credit checks as reference dates or something.

Just been on the phone to the housing association to ask for a letter of date of moving in, they're calling me back at some point.

In linked addresses it may still say when the address was changed and the source
