No problem, I also received the official hearing dates/times this morning.
As you guys predicted it's usually when DCB Legal discontinue. It's strange they let it go so far if that's their intention.

Having received this around the same time as the discontinuation notice, do I need to action anything here for the court please? Just unsure due to the 'you will be liable for the costs which the defendant has incurred' part. TIA
