Dcb Legal/County Court Claim Form - PCN from 2019

Hi guys, firstly, thank you all for the help so far. I have been checking MCOL gateway periodically as advised. I have been keeping an eye on my post for any court letters regarding expected DQ. Nothing has come through since the last letter by DCB Legal posted above. 

Just wondering how long it is likely to be until I hear from the court? I'm asking due to you guys dealing with a lot of these you likely know the usual timeframes? 

Also, if one of you would kindly look at the photo attached and double check I am still not required to do anything at this stage, please?

From where the Template Defence thread explains.  Those first 12 steps are there for you; go and look.  The email address for the CNBC has changed too. It's all covered.

Should I agree to the claim being referred to the Small Claims Mediation Service? Yes or No?

I don't understand.

All DQ questions are answered in the NEWBIES thread.  We don't coach people at DQ stage.  We'd have drowned years ago, if we had to do every thread like this.

I've managed to finish the form, should I email it now to CNBC or wait for them to ask for the forms to be completed before emailng it?

Completed this as soon as you said to do it, generic automated response from the updated email address. However, MCOL hasn't updated until the last few days. It now says 'DQ sent to you' and a paper copy arrived in the post this morning. 

I have already completed the DQ once and emailed to both CNBC and the Solicitor. Neither has replied. Do I need to complete once again? The text box for question D1 is awful small to write my reasons for declining this option. TIA
