Dcb Legal/County Court Claim Form - PCN from 2019

What you put is OK but you need to remove stuff like this from your version of course (just checking!):
Full name of parking firm Ltd, not the solicitor!
And you haven't done the search I told you to do to grab the PO Box point from any December Spring Parking thread.
There are at least ten that are found in a split second using the search function (and I explained why we don't do searches for new posters). Reading a few other Spring Parking defences from December will help you because you can crib from their facts wording.

The defendant believes the received latter’s letters from claimants’ representative claiming financial damages to be extortionate and excessive.
If you decide to use this (it's not a defence per se) please adjust as above. There should never be a grocer's apostrophe!

Hi, is this the point you are referring to coupon mad?Coupon-mad said:What you put is OK but you need to remove stuff like this from your version of course (just checking!):

Further and in the alternative, the claim form is defective, per CPR PD 16, 2.1: "The claim form must include an address (including the postcode) at which the claimant lives or carries on business, even if the claimant’s address for service is the business address of their solicitor." A PO Box is not a valid registered company address, held HHJ Paul Matthews in Smith v Marston Holdings Ltd & Anor [2020] EW Misc 23 (CC).

Hi again guys,
I received this from DCB, stating they intend to proceed, is there anything I am required to do with this letter? I have not received anything from the court yet.
In regards to the court questioners will they be sent via email or post please?
TIA

All standard part of the process. You'd be expecting that if you're following the 12 steps of the Template Defence Announcement. Print that list off, so you're ready for things before they arise. On your way to a likely discontinuation. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

you are safe to ignore this one. Also expect DCBL to keep chasing you and coming up with random offers settle "without prejudice"If you wanted to be proactive you could download an N180 and send to the court, but the court will also request one from you via old fashioned mail in due course. Keep checking in on your MCOL history online periodically if you want to be sure you have not missed it.2 -
That letter is already in the first 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread. As is info about the DQ. Please re-read the 12 steps.ATK86 said:Hi again guys,
