Yes Redrow, Abbey Fields Telford. I don’t have any other plans except for what’s on the deeds. Not sure if retaining wall but on my boundary I believe …
I am going to ask if they can extend it further where the grass is as that is my plot too but wondered if I had a leg to stand on given 4.8 is the standard - apparantly your local LA stipulates this but I can’t find where, or the plans for this estate where I could find what it shoukd be0 -
This is the wall

If it’s yours then in theory you could take it down. You would have to check the covenants though.
Is there any reason why you can’t pave some of the grass on the other side?2006 LBM £28,000+ in debt.

This is the main planning application:
https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/pa-applicationsummary.aspx?Applicationnumber=TWC/2017/0941
though I haven't yet found anything specific about driveway sizes.
Different site plan here though not sure it helps much, other than being a bit more accurate if you wish to try scaling it up:

The photo does seem to match the plan shared upthread.
Is it a double driveway in length?
What exactly did the sales particulars say?
"Double driveway" could be open to interpretation.
"Off street parking for two cars" is less open to interpretation, but also seems to be satisfied (one car in the garage and one car on the drive).
Was the house built and viewed when you committed to purchase, or did you purchase off-plan?0 -
It was sold to me as being a double driveway and when I queried it after reserve they said they are always built to double drive spec and had it confirmed by head office apparently. It was already built however always behind gates so we’ve never actually driven on it til now0
