Why would it be any different from the 'rebuild/refresh' that you did before?
There is really no way to tell what you are doing. You use words such as 'rebuild/refresh' without actually describing the steps you took. When asked to do something, your replies are incomplete; for example with the slmgr request.
It's all a bit too vague.
