It was a digital licence and has failed
Is this down to MS or MSI (manufacturers of Laptop)?
My old laptop was running Win 10 professional ( upgraded from home)
Can I transfer the licence to my new laptop and upgrade to 11 pro?

No you cannot. If you had bought a retail licence you could transfer it a to a completely different computer. Computers that come with Windows pre installed have an OEM licence which can't be transferred to a different computer.MouldyOldDough said:
