Indeed, but we are not in the Netherlands.Maybe the OP could install one of those posts if s/he buys the house.

I have offered on one, felt under a bit of pressure to decide after viewing them again.
However slept and woke up early not sure i've made the right choice, think I should have stuck with my original choice. Can I revise my offer, maybe go higher on the other one, as I dont want to regret a big decision? I believe someone else has also offered on the original one but I would go higher.0 -

if they’re not then you still have the other one you’ve offered on
Persobally I think either property one or the one you’ve recently posted would be right for you, both nice properties and number 1 is bigger. I guess it’s those two you’re talking about 🤔MFW 2025 #50: £1139.75/£600007/03/25: Mortgage: £67,000.00

Sure is, I just wish I'd slept on it first! I will ask , I just feel I was happy with the first one, especially area. Second has a better outside space but smaller, no upstairs hall and no bath. I guess EAs get this indecision all the time, but it does feel a bit embarassing changing mind.0

It’s not embarrassing to go for the one you really want; especially if offers have only just gone in; get further down the line and change your mind it’s way more hassle for everyone.MFW 2025 #50: £1139.75/£600007/03/25: Mortgage: £67,000.00

The first offer is often rejected, especially if it is below asking. You might equally wait for your offer to be rejected and offer on another one. You are in strong position with large deposit, there is a good chance the vendor would choose you.1
