I sent in a SAR 29th November to dpo@eliteparkingmanagement.com and have had no response, I've followed up reminding them of their obligations. There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0

Now report them to the ICO.1

@jordylass - maybe you can help - I am still needing an image of a PCN (front & back) from this PPC for the thread below:
Please post a pic of both sides of one of your NTKs here or there. Here on your thread is probably better as it may be useful for us to help you at later stages. Sorry if it is already shown in your thread, I looked on page one only!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I called my housing association today to ask if I had moved up the list for a parking space, (as the space I parked in when I got the ticket was the last tenants, and it is still not being used) to be told I cant get a parking space while I have outstanding tickets.
I've asked about this space on a number of occasions and this is the first time anything about my tickets has been mentioned.
Just musing the validity of this? I suppose they can do what they want as it's their land, but my tickets are with a different company. There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0 -

Effectively they are allowing an agent from a known rogue industry (being curbed by Government intervention this year) to issue unfair PCNs that are OF COURSE legally disputable and defendable by you in court. Yet they are using the fact you are lawfully disputing those charges (which are nothing to do with the HA) as blackmail to make you think you have to pay the third party 'scam' (Parliament's word) PPC in order to get a parking space.
I'd escalate a complaint in writing to the HA now. You are perfectly entitled to dispute unfair private PCNs and the provision of a parking space should not be affected by a case that has not even been heard by a court yet.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I appealed as keeper not the driver, if NTK's were sent they went to my old address. The new tenant says not
.
I sent in SAR in November but had no response. This would show me exactly what had been sent out.
When I informed them about address change they emailed meThank you for confirming your new address. I can confirm that all Parking Charge Notices (PCN's) have been directed to your new address. Please note, this information could have been updated and provided by yourself at the time of submitting an appeal. You will shortly receive a "Notice to Driver" letter to your new address for each of the outstanding PCN's.The PCN's have been re-set back to the original status, allowing the discount to be applied for 14 days and an appeal to be submitted within 28 days (from date of issue). Please refer to these letters once received.I can confirm that no further correspondence will be sent to the previous address provided by DVLA unless they provide the address in relation to a new query.
I received notice to driver for all of the PCNs at my new address a few days laterThere is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.0 -
I think escalate the complaint with the HA. You were perfectly entitled to not pay unfair PCNs which arose when unloading/moving in.
If Elite think they have a case they can litigate but the HA should not be treating unproven disputed PCNs as some sort of debt to blackmail you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
