I don't think that PPCs have enough staff to spend their time searching out one particular post from the thousands that are available to search just to see if they can recognise you and use it against you!  Keep it on forum and you will get more responses.  Wait for the claim form and beat them in court: or before court as DCB Legal have a tendency to discontinue against a well crafted defence and witness statement.  See the discontinuations thread by @Umkomaas

ok, sorry. i saw your PM and i THINK you are saying to reply with the template from couponmad on the newbies sticky in post 2; that says
"If the parking firm is using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor and you have a LBC or LoC (a letter) then search the forum for the solicitor's email and reply robustly as follows:

DO NOT SEND A LETTER BY POST.

    Here's a robust example, for a case where you weren't driving and it's 'non-POFA':
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80421536/#Comment_80421536

Here's a more generic one to the solicitor (or operator if they sent the LOC themselves):

    Dear Sirs,

    Your ref: [insert reference number]

    Proposed legal proceedings

Claimant: [insert name of parking company]

I refer to your letter of claim.

I confirm that my address for service for the time being is as follows, and any older address must be erased from your records:

    [Insert correct address here]

You should revert to your client because the 'propensity to pay' score in my case is zero, so any claim is hopeless and a waste of the court fee (whether 'fronted' by your firm or not). Move on to weaker victims.

The alleged 'debt' is disputed and any court proceedings will be vigorously defended.

    Yours faithfully,"

is this correct? if so then I admit that I'm confused because earlier in THIS thread i queried whether that template was the right one to use BUT (unless i have really misunderstood?)
    Gr1pr said

"Personally,  i would email the template response to the LoC by coupon mad to DCB LEGAL,  using their info@ email address
No additions,  no subtractions, no changes,  no omissions, so not what you wrote above"

the last sentence made me think that it wasn't THAT template but ANOTHER template and has sent me on. a wild goose chase!

can i confirm that it is BEST TO send the template that i have quoted above that begins with

    "
    Dear Sirs,

    Your ref: [insert reference number]

    Proposed legal proceedings" please?

if its not THAT template then i am extremely confused!....?  :s
