I hope all goes swimmingly for you tomorrow and I agree there is no need to wait around for your buyer. Similar thing happened to us with the removers. They had us booked in on a different day, but then the person booked in on the same day as us had moved their day, so in the end it was okay. I'm sure it will all work out tomorrow.
We put the cat in the spare bedroom with litter tray, food and water, and a big note on the door to say do not open. Only when everyone had gone and it was a bit calmer did we then let him into the rest of the house. I think it was 2 or maybe 3 weeks before we let him outside. They say when you let them out at first you should make sure its before their meal so they come back easily for their food (although mine constantly eats so would be difficult to find a window for that).
Good luck for tomorrow!"Think of many things, do one"
