    Thanks Lucielle, TG and Skint

Much better day for pain. Threw up breakfast which was sad but managed a salad and soup this afternoon and evening.

Did the dishwasher and 2 lots of washing today. Played with paint this evening.

I'm hoping to be back driving Friday so I can get myself to my blood test.

Need to find a way to rebuild my stamina without exhausting self.

    Morning 🌞

This might sound like an odd suggestion but could you be low in critical salts and minerals after eating so little for a while, a bit like after having diarrhoea? Might be worth considering?

Hope you slept well and feel brighter today.

I'm sure I am but don't know what to do about it. They gave me potassium in hospital when I was really struggling but nothing like that for at home. I am trying to have a banana every day and other fruit - even on days when I'm finding it hard to eat.

I have had Angel D, strawberries, banana, chicken noodle soup and a slice of bread, orange jelly, meringue, a scoop of ice cream. A few grapes. Currently  struggling to eat a ham salad. It's so frustrating - as I was able to eat that yesterday but really finding it hard today. I think I'll go and cut up an apple and try that.

Sorry if my diary is a bit depressing currently. I think @LadyWithAPlan that it underlines the importance of keeping an EF and not emptying it all into your house deposit. The previous time I moved I lost my job within 3 weeks of moving - and this time within 4 weeks I ended up off sick unexpectedly. I'm grateful as I get full sick pay for a considerable period, but anyone self employed needs an EF even more.

I had a counselling appointment today by phone but was all over the place and my head felt like cotton wool. Tomorrow I need to go to my blood test and organise a sick not extension. Hopefully the blood test results will prompt the GP to advise / help. I'm also going to ask to be referred to a dietician. There are also other supplements that they could potentially give me according to the web that they haven't offered so will ask about that too.

I spoke to HR on Monday and should get the extra leave I bought carried over so that will help post April. If I get a 2 week sick note - that would also give me my Easter leave back and then I can take it when I am well. My counsellor thinks I should ask for a phased return & to potentially see OHU. I don't know about the latter but the first is a good idea.

I'll try and dig out my handyman list of tasks and do an update on that.

£25 went into savings the other day.

That will be good if you can get your leave back.  Hope the GP visit goes well.
