That must’ve been pretty exciting back then definitely not now would only end up with more crimes no doubt 🤦🏻‍♀️
it was safe, 1 big square everyone knew everyone, drove onto the estate lately and well just say its not safe even in the day (shame typical ran down estate)
cant take away the great memories, and cheap elecky then compared to now
  • Has anyone else actually earned anything decent?
My first 2 they said I was in the top 96% graded A but the third one only B grade but I think that time I was still using the airfryer for a bit as my daughter couldn’t wait lol so some people must be doing ok I’m guessing 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think they are struggling. I earned 56p (0.12 kWh) on 1st Dec (and that's including the extra bonus rate) and I was 39% better than similar households. It's just not the time I use any electric so struggle to make savings. I don't tend to cook my evening meal until 8 or 9pm.
  • 15p and 48% better than similar households!! Most people clearly not gaining much on this.
Even though I'm not likely to gain more than pennies, i still click the link on each event, just in case.
  • December 5th event. 22p from .08kWh saved. 'Amazing, you're one of our top savers, keep going'
    I had to laugh.

    £0.34 (0.12kWh) 51% better than similar households
  • £1.60 for 0.53kWh not sure if they worked that right but they must’ve put it back to just the £3 for every kWh.

No comments from them about how mine compared just a
Well done, you've made some savings. See if you can make any more next time. 😂

    £2.34 / 0.78kWh

I have missed them all since.
The latest sign up email I received at 16:05 on Tuesday 12th Dec to start at 17:00 on Tuesday the 12th Dec…. Thanks for the notice.

I am sure there is a reason why you have to register for each instance separately, but I’d like to opt in for all at once so I don’t miss out!
  • I've participated in all of them.  Though on the first one i was cooking when i remembered.

    1st:  0.16p
    2nd:  £1.01p
    3rd: £1.34p
    4th:  0.76p

If there is rumoured to be 12 of them and i end up with £10 i'll be happy because it's no effort turning things off for an hour or an hour and a half.
