The wheel has guaranteed prizes so if you haven't been getting at least 2 X 8 points you need to complain about the missing 2p a month you should have earned.4

Every spin is a winner in these Octopoint times.

They can call the session "Santa's little Brucie Bonus opportunity" for all I care - I'll still be exporting, every little helps.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can join Octopus savings sessions? I receive the WhatsApp notifications and have joined sessions in the past but when trying to join the latest three savings sessions, I have been unable to join – I get this error message
“Uh oh...
Don't worry, it's us not you
This is unusual - logging out and in again may help. If it doesn't, these things usually clear themselves up reasonably quickly, so perhaps grab a cuppa.”
Obviously, I tried and re-tried repeatedly via the app and the website but without success.
After failing to join the first session, I contacted Octopus who suggested that I delete cookies on my computer – that made no difference. I even logged in from a friend’s machine which had never been on Octopus before. The WhatsApp notification for Friday’s 5-6pm session came in at 22:06 on Thursday with a suggestion that if you are struggling to opt in, come after the initial rush. I tried several times over that evening and then at 4am which you would think would be a pretty quiet time (I was awake so thought I’d try) but with no luck and I tried periodically through the day, again with no success.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to opt in?

Not had any problems myself. I'd suggest that you contact Octopus again and explain about logging in on another computer and still getting the same problem. It does sound like it's an issue with your account.
