    I have literally just had the WA notification - but still nothing from the app. 
    Octopus are intentionally not sending app notifications to everyone this year, particularly on the short notice “surprise” sessions which they’re apparently only really pushing through social media.

    The lack of email I can understand to a degree but it’s odd that they’re not not giving full support to their own app despite this being an ideal use for Octo-app push notifications.

    The push notice from Octopus finally came through on my whatsapp at 3.28. Not a great deal of time to load up the battery if I hadn't received prior notice from Octo-aid. I'd already been charging since 2.30!

    I only downloaded whatsapp for Octopus and it seems to be the last place (compared to the app, website and this thread) to show a session is available
